First High End Product I've Ever Ripped!

Today I ripped a box of 2010 Topps Triple Threads that I bought from a LCS. It was my 3rd full box I've ever ripped and it was my best experience, baseball card wise, ever. To some it up I got my regular base cards with the Ty Cobb Sepia as the best base card.
The best thing was the Relics and Auto. I pulled a Daniel McCutchen auto /50 which was pretty bad for my first pack of a high end product. By the way the auto is up for trades/sell. The best thing I pulled today was not the auto, but the relic.
I pulled a Platinum 1/1 All Star Game Jersey Patch card of Zach Duke. The Card looks amazing and if I have the time I will scan it tomorrow.

Alex's Pick for the World Series

It's the playoffs, who doesn't get excited for the playoffs? Anyway I am going to share with you my picks for who will win the ALCS and the NLCS and finally the World Series.
First off the ALCS: The Rangers vs. The NY Yankees
The series is tied at 1-1 but I think that the Yankees are going to win in 7 games.
Cliff Lee, a former Mariner, will beat the Yankees in both of his appearances but the Yankees will win all the rest of the games he doesn't start.

Now for the NLCS: The Giants vs. The Phillies
Tim Lincecum's gem last night versus Roy Halladay showed how the series will be, close but pitching will dominate. I'm going to take the Giants in 6, this is a bold move because Philly has a nasty pitching rotation and a good offense but I just think that the Giants team together is one of the best in the league right now.

On to the World Series: San Fransisco vs The New York Yankees
Tim Lincecum will face off against CC Sabathia in game 1 and this is a tough one but I'm going to say the Giants beat the Yankees in game 1 but the Yankees will win in every other game they don't face Tim Lincecum. My pick Yankees in 6.

Hello Blogosphere Anyone Out There?!

First off is there anyone out there?! I know I haven't posted in a long time because not many people are looking at my blog. But anyway as usual I have been collecting my baseball cards, mostly A&G and 2007-2009 Bowman.
Recently I have got into the business of prospecting. It's a fun way to collect baseball cards while also trying to make some money off of it. Because of my low budget I only have bought a few cards.
Some of these cards include a Mike Trout auto, Michael Pineda refractor, a Yonder Alonso auto, a Grant Green auto/refractor lot, and a Greg Halman Sterling Auto . I'll keep you guys updated with how much money I make. So far I have spent about 50 dollars on the cards above.
Thanks for Reading, and keep collecting.
